IZI_CSV_BATCH AEP/COMP
IZI AEP/COMP Batch script for After Effects
Batch process TEXT & AV Layers changes from spreadsheet
-> Get multiple compositions
-> or get multiple .aep projects
-> Script processing not expressions :
You can change the number or location or names of columns
-> You can change the index of the layers in your timeline, because you can change it in the spreasheet
-> Lot of options to render fast (quick render queeu settings, Aerender background...)
Quickly modified + named + ready in the render queue + stored
example :
What you can do with it ?
Batch the creation of one new composition project for each lines
Batch the creation of one new .aep project for each lines
(automatically placed in an “AEP” folder)
Batch .png or videos export for each of your comps/.aep
Rendering with Aerender background command line automatically create for you
(only for now if you use Ae 25 on windows)
Automatically create a render queue with the correct file names and paths, as well as output settings.
(The names depend on the "Project" column.)
(The files will automatically be placed in a "Render" folder, in the project's parent folder.)
(The output settings will automatically use the "IZIBATCH_A" parameter.)
💡
- If you don't want batch all lines you can select one line in a list to create only the line you want .😉
- You can open your .aep files using a list selector (faster than retrieving your Windows folder)
how it works ?
The line with index (line2) will tell the script which layer is affected
If layer is a Text Layer, script will change the text source
If layer is an AV Layer, script will replace the file
(in this example script will search files with "image_#" names)
The column titled "Project" will be used to
- automatically name the comps/.aep file.
- automatically name their render files
(you can change "Project" by another word if you want in the Ui script)
The script reads the entire spreadsheet,
if a column has no index information, it ignores it
Easy to use, no need for specific name on layers or markers or #, just indicate the layer index in the dedicated line (line2)
The "AEP" button in the AEP Batch script allows you to batch process: all .aep file duplications + naming each composition + exporting .png files for each file + creating a render queue for each file with the correct settings, names, and paths + grouping all .aep files into an "AEP" folder.
The "COMP" button in the COMP Batch script allows you to batch process:
all composition duplications
+ naming each composition
